Rick and Tammy Stigile, Senior Pastor and First Lady
Pastor Rick and Tammy share a rich background in church ministry with over 30 years of pastoral leadership experience. They are gifted to teach and preach the Word of God in a unique and rich manner.
Pastor Rick is a native of Newark, Delaware. He is a graduate of Lee University, a Church of God Bible and Liberal Arts University in Cleveland, Tennessee. His degree is in Bible, with a professional sequence in Pastoral Studies.
Tammy is a native of Dallas, Texas. Not only a gifted teacher, but an anointed singer, and great partner in ministry with Pastor Rick. They have two grown children, Ryan and Tiffany, who are both involved in church ministry in Ohio.
Carl and Rhonda Baker, Worship Arts Director and
JOURNEY (Youth) Ministry Director
Carl and Rhonda have been a part of the RLC ministry team since 1998.
Carl and Rhonda have two children. Eliot is a student at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA; and Kenadie is in 2nd grade.
Carl and Rhonda have a passion for worshiping and leading others into worship and discipleship for our Youth ministry.
Eric and Emily Madden, Children's Pastor
Pastor Eric and Miss Emily have been serving in ministry for over 25 years. Their experience includes, children’s ministry, youth ministry, youth and children’s camps, VBS, neighborhood outreaches as well as Senior Pastor. They believe God has given them the ability to be a resource to serve children as well as their parents. This in turn helps enable those around them to have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Pastor Eric is a native of Anderson SC where he attended a Pentecostal Holiness church and preached his first sermon at the age of 15. He attended Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs GA where he earned a BS in Christian Ministries.
In addition to ministering to children on Sunday mornings he is also a 5th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. He has been a part of the USCDKA (A Christian Martial Arts Association) for about 16 years. He has had the privileged of guiding students through the ranks to Black Belt and even leading many in the sinner’s prayer.
Miss Emily is a native of Richmond VA and a PK. She and Eric met at Emmanuel where she earned an AA and then finished her education at Lee University where she earned a BME in Music. She has since earned a Master’s in Education Administration from Regent University. She has been teaching elementary music for over 25 years.
Eric and Emily have two wonderful children Isabel (attending Liberty University) and Isaac (attending Woodbridge High School). Isabel is pursuing a degree in song-writing and has an incredible gift for singing. Isaac is true to his name in that he makes others laugh when they are with him. He is an avid gamer and loves playing baseball. The entire family are Black Belts in Taekwondo.
Chad and Johnia Jordan, THRIVE (Young Adult) Pastors
Chad and Johnia (Ms. JJ) have over 20 years of church ministry serving in Music, Youth and Young Adult ministries. In January 2013, God inspired them to launch THRIVE, our Young Adult ministry.
Chad and Johnia have been married for 27 years and have 3 adult children who who are involved in THRIVE. Chad and Johnia have a passion for the college and career aged adults and through great leadership, have built strong relationships in the group.
Thrive Young Adults strive to dig deeper in their relationship with God and reach out to the community through missions. The Jordan’s are excited to see what God has in store for this group.
Lucille Hall - Administrative Assistant
She was born and raised in Virginia and has been a dedicated member of the Church of God throughout her life
Lucille has served as Administrative Assistant for over 40 years. During this time she has worked for 8 different pastors.
She has two children and 4 fantastic grandchildren.
